ONLINE “EXAMINER”-PERIODIC CHECK OF KNOWLEDGE ON CIVIL DEFENSE AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, most of the employees of “Energoinform” JSC have been transferred to remote work. Nevertheless, the labor process is going on. Employees are running out of training periods, and the timing of periodic knowledge checks on civil defense and emergency situations (CD and ES) is approaching.
In order to summarize the results of the studied program on CD and ES for 2019-2020, it was decided to conduct online testing of employees of “Energoinform” JSC from November 16 to December 25, 2020 through the "Examiner" installed in the Central Office.
Online “Examiner” is an effective way to conduct periodic testing of knowledge.
Online “Examiner” is:
- Convenient-the exam can be conducted remotely;
- Effective-random selection of questions guarantees objective results;
- Individually-each examinee is assigned a personal account;
- Available-the exam acceptance service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Before the test date, employees can use the "Examiner" when preparing for testing on their own.
From October 6 to November 11, 2020, employees of “Energoinform” JSC were trained with the help of an online "Examiner" on the set questions of CD and ES. A total of 530 employees will be tested online. The results of testing will be immediately reflected in the individual office of the test taker upon completion of the exam.
